Our history

Based in Edinburgh and providing award-winning legal services across the country, our team is a well-known pursuer in personal injury, clinical negligence, and group actions. Our Head of Office, Stuart Cochran, has over 25 years of experience in handling complex personal injury cases, and leads a team of dedicated, expert solicitors with experience across a wide range of claims.

We pride ourselves on our holistic approach to the claims we pursue; we understand that the support our clients need often goes far beyond legal services, which is why we work hard to ensure clients have access to high-quality rehabilitation, medical treatments, and therapy or counselling services where needed. We also partner with a number of charity and support organisations, including the Spinal Injury Association, Headway, and RoadPeace.

Our department has the unparalleled advantage of being part of a large and well-established national personal injury service. Providing a full range of in-house supplementary legal and non-legal services, we have a dedicated team of in-house Court of Protection deputies, a financial planning company, and welfare benefits advisors. There is no other firm in Scotland that can offer the same level of expertise, client care, or services that we provide.

We are also incredibly proud to work closely with a number of membership organisations, trade unions, and funding clients which include, but are not limited to, the Scottish Police Federation, PCS Trade Union, FDA Trade Union, Cycling UK, and Quantum Claims Compensation Specialists Limited.
